AROMA

香氣

Complex and expressive, with ripe pear, white peach and quince layered with chamomile. Roasted hazelnut, gentle vanilla and subtle spice reflect the wine's extended maturation in French oak.

香氣複雜而富表現力，以成熟梨、白桃與榅桲為主調，交織淡雅洋甘菊，其後浮現烘烤榛子、柔和雲呢拿與細緻辛香，展現橡木熟成帶來的豐富層次。

PALATE

口感

Dry, textured and creamy, with ripe pear, stone fruit and a touch of lychee. Lees ageing brings depth and roundness, while precise acidity and mineral freshness keep the palate elegant and finely balanced.

入口乾爽而富質感，成熟梨、核果與淡淡荔枝風味逐步展開。長時間酒泥熟成帶來圓潤細膩的奶油質感，同時保留精準酸度與礦物清新感，豐潤而不失優雅平衡。

FINISH

餘韻

Long and savoury, with pear, citrus peel, almond and mineral notes lingering gracefully. A subtle saline edge and gentle oak character give the finish definition, freshness and persistence.

餘韻悠長而帶鹹鮮感，梨子、柑橘皮、杏仁與礦物氣息持續延伸。淡淡鹽礦感與細緻木桶氣息令收結更具輪廓，清新而持久。
