AROMA

香氣

Generous and expressive, with ripe blackberry, blackcurrant and cherry at the core. Liquorice and clove add a savoury-spiced dimension, while subtle vanilla brings warmth and roundness.

香氣豐富而鮮明，以成熟黑莓、黑加侖子與櫻桃為主調，交織甘草與丁香辛香，再帶淡淡雲呢拿氣息，為成熟果香增添溫暖而圓潤的層次。

PALATE

口感

Rounded and full-flavoured, with blackberry and ripe plum supported by smooth, velvety tannins. The fruit remains generous and supple, while oak ageing adds depth without overwhelming Merlot's naturally soft character.

入口圓潤而果味充沛，黑莓與成熟李子風味飽滿，由絲絨般柔滑的單寧包裹。木桶熟成增添深度與質感，同時保留 Merlot 自然柔順、易飲而不厚重的個性。

FINISH

餘韻

Smooth and persistent, with plum, dark berries and liquorice lingering into a gently peppery finish. The tannins remain polished and soft, leaving a warm and harmonious final impression.

餘韻柔順而持久，李子、深色莓果與甘草氣息持續延伸，收結帶淡淡胡椒辛香。單寧保持細緻柔滑，留下溫暖而和諧的成熟果味。
