Complex and distinctive, with dried peach and apricot layered with nuts and subtle orange blossom. Forest floor, earth and balsamic nuances emerge with air, giving the wine a fascinating savoury depth.

香氣複雜而獨特，以乾桃、杏桃與堅果為主調，伴隨淡淡橙花，隨醒酒逐漸浮現森林地表、泥土與香脂氣息，展現橙酒特有的深邃鹹香層次。

PALATE

口感

Dry, textured and fresh, combining the vibrancy of a white wine with the structure of a red. Extended skin contact brings gentle tannins, dried-fruit complexity and subtle oxidative character while preserving freshness and balance.

入口乾爽而富質感，兼具白酒的清新活力與紅酒般的結構。長時間浸皮帶來細緻單寧、乾果層次與輕微氧化風味，同時仍保持鮮明清新度與漂亮平衡。

FINISH

餘韻

Persistent and savoury, with dried apricot, nuts, balsamic tones and earthy notes lingering gracefully. A subtle mineral and saline character gives the finish freshness, tension and definition.
