Delicate and refined, with fresh white fruit at the core. Subtle citrus and floral nuances are layered with gentle notes of bread dough and lees ageing, adding elegant complexity.

Broad and expressive, with fine persistent bubbles and a generous sense of volume. Bright, well-integrated acidity balances the fruit, while extended lees ageing brings a smooth and subtly creamy texture.
