Fresh and fragrant, with ripe pear and Golden apple layered with delicate white flowers. A distinct mineral touch adds purity and lift, reflecting the Caranto soils of Tenuta Civranetta.

PALATE

Fruity, rounded and elegant, with pear and orchard fruit carried by a fine, persistent perlage. Gentle sweetness is balanced by fresh acidity and a distinctive savoury-mineral character.

Clean and persistent, with apple, pear and delicate floral notes lingering gracefully. Fine bubbles and a subtle saline-mineral edge leave the finish fresh, polished and harmonious.
