Fresh and complex, with citrus, green apple and almond blossom at the core. Extended lees ageing brings elegant nuances of toasted bread, nuts and honey, adding depth to the bright fruit.

Elegant and creamy, with fine, well-integrated bubbles carrying juicy white fruit and fresh citrus across the palate. Bright acidity balances the rounded texture, while lees ageing adds savoury complexity.
