Rich aromas of blackberry, blueberry and blackcurrant unfold with violet, chocolate and sweet baking spices. Notes of vanilla and American oak add warmth and unmistakable Penfolds character.

黑莓、藍莓與黑加侖子香氣濃郁展開， 交織紫羅蘭、朱古力與甜香料氣息， 雲呢拿及美國橡木帶來溫暖層次，風格鮮明而經典。

PALATE
口感

Full and generous, combining the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the richness of Shiraz. Black fruit and red fruit compote meet cocoa, savoury spice and polished tannins across a broad, creamy mid-palate.

酒體飽滿豐厚，Cabernet Sauvignon 的骨架與 Shiraz 的成熟果味 互相融合。黑色水果、紅果果醬與可可氣息層層展開， 細緻辛香配合成熟單寧，中段帶出 Bin 389 標誌性的圓潤質感。

Deep and persistent, with lingering blackberry, blackcurrant, red liquorice and savoury spice. Firm yet polished tannins provide a clean, structured finish with excellent ageing potential.
