Fresh and gently rounded, with ripe white fruit supported by integrated acidity. Cold lees contact brings subtle texture, while finishing fermentation in oak adds quiet breadth without masking the wine's bright fruit character.

入口清新而帶柔和圓潤感，成熟白色果實由融合自然的酸度承托。低溫酒泥接觸增添細緻質感，後段於橡木桶完成發酵則賦予酒體適度寬度，同時保留鮮明果味。

FINISH

餘韻

Long and refreshing, with white fruit, wild strawberry and subtle forest-berry notes lingering over balanced acidity. The finish is clean and distinctive, with gentle texture and persistent freshness.
