Bright and expressive, with strawberry, redcurrant and cherry layered with delicate floral notes. Sweet almond, subtle smoke and hints of baked pastry bring added depth and complexity.

PALATE

Rich and structured, with ripe cherry, raspberry and darker berry fruit carried by a fine, creamy mousse. Vibrant acidity keeps the palate fresh while subtle pastry notes add roundness.

入口豐盈而有結構，成熟櫻桃、覆盆子與深色莓果配合細膩柔滑的氣泡質感。明亮酸度保持清新活力，淡淡烘焙糕點風味則令酒體更圓潤完整。

FINISH

餘韻

Long and complex, with persistent red fruit, black cherry, mineral freshness and a gentle smoky edge. The finish is polished, energetic and beautifully balanced.
