Fresh and aromatic, with crisp apple and ripe pear complemented by delicate white flowers. Subtle mineral notes add purity and definition, giving the bouquet a bright, elegant character.

Dry, fruity and savoury, with pear and apple carried by a smooth, gently rounded texture. Lees ageing adds subtle depth, while mineral freshness keeps the palate lively, balanced and elegant.
