AROMA

Deep and complex, opening with ripe plum and dark fruit alongside fresh herbal notes. Sweet pepper, liquorice and vanilla emerge with hints of nutmeg and walnut, adding savoury depth and aromatic richness.

香氣深邃而富層次，以成熟李子與深色果實為核心，伴隨清新草本氣息。甜椒、甘草與雲呢拿逐步浮現，並帶肉豆蔻及淡淡核桃調性，展現豐富而成熟的鹹香複雜度。

PALATE

口感

Full-bodied and layered, with ripe dark fruit framed by structured yet polished tannins. Roasted capsicum, spice and integrated French oak add depth, while balanced acidity keeps the palate focused and composed.

酒體飽滿而層次立體，成熟深色果味由具結構而細緻的單寧承托。烤甜椒、辛香與融合自然的法國橡木為酒體增添深度，適中的酸度則令整體保持集中而平衡。

FINISH

餘韻

Long and persistent, with ripe plum, smoky roasted pepper and warm spice lingering over smooth tannins. Vanilla and subtle toasted oak carry through a rounded, structured and composed finish.

餘韻悠長而持續，成熟李子、煙燻烤甜椒與溫暖辛香緩緩延伸。雲呢拿與淡雅烘烤橡木伴隨柔滑單寧，收結圓潤而具結構，展現 Gran Blend 更成熟完整的風格。
