Fruit-forward and floral, with white peach, ripe apple and acacia blossom at the core. Distinctive gunflint minerality is layered with subtle oak and delicate vanilla, creating a complex and refined bouquet.

香氣以白桃、成熟蘋果與金合歡花為核心，果香與花香細緻交織。鮮明燧石與火石礦物氣息配合淡雅橡木及雲呢拿調性，展現深邃而具辨識度的 Vouvray 芳香層次。

PALATE

口感

Round and voluminous, with ripe orchard fruit supported by fresh acidity and pronounced minerality. Fine-lees ageing and regular bâtonnage add breadth and texture, while restrained oak preserves the purity of Chenin Blanc.

入口圓潤豐滿，成熟果實由清新酸度與鮮明礦物感承托。 11個月細酒泥熟成及定期攪桶為酒體增添寬度與細膩質感，克制的橡木運用則保留 Chenin Blanc 純淨而充滿張力的個性。

Long and mineral-driven, with acacia, ripe white fruit and flinty notes lingering alongside gentle vanilla and oak. The finish is powerful yet balanced, combining rounded texture with persistent freshness.

餘韻悠長而以礦物感主導，金合歡花、成熟白色果實與燧石氣息持續延伸，配合淡雅雲呢拿及橡木調性。收結有力量而不失平衡，圓潤質感與清新張力並存。
