香氣

Expressive and savoury, opening with black pepper and red capsicum before revealing cassis, blackcurrant jam and subtle baking spice. Black tea, dark chocolate and toasted notes add warmth and complexity.

香氣鮮明而帶鹹香感，黑胡椒與紅甜椒辛香率先展開，隨後浮現黑加侖子與果醬般成熟果香。黑茶、黑朱古力、烘焙香料與淡淡烤麵包氣息為整體增添溫暖而豐富的層次。

PALATE

口感

Smooth and approachable, with ripe cassis and dark fruit carried by soft, supple tannins. Bright acidity brings freshness and definition, while caramel, spice and subtle oak add depth without overwhelming the fruit.

入口柔順易飲，成熟黑加侖子與深色果味由柔滑細緻的單寧承托。明快酸度帶來清新感與清晰輪廓，焦糖、辛香及淡雅橡木氣息則增添深度，同時保留鮮明果味。

Long and balanced, with cassis, black tea, dark chocolate and toasted notes lingering over smooth tannins. Fresh acidity keeps the finish lively, clean and pleasantly savoury.
