Delicate and refined, with jasmine and acacia layered with white peach and fresh citrus. Subtle mineral notes bring further brightness and a distinctive coastal freshness.

Lively and rounded on entry, with citrus and white-fruit flavours supported by fresh acidity. The palate is supple and generous, while a subtle saline character adds definition and balance.
