Elegant and red-fruited, with raspberry, ripe red cherry, cranberry and red currant complemented by delicate floral notes. White pepper, toasted spice and subtle cedar add depth and savoury complexity.

香氣優雅而以紅果為主，紅桑子、成熟紅櫻桃、 小紅莓與紅加侖子層層展開， 伴隨細緻花香、白胡椒、烘烤香料 與淡雅雪松氣息，清新之中帶鹹香深度。

PALATE
口感

Medium-bodied and vibrant, with ripe cherry, cranberry and plum carried by bright natural acidity. Fine, succulent tannins provide a polished texture, while gentle oak and spice lend structure without overwhelming the fruit.

酒體中等而鮮活，成熟櫻桃、小紅莓與李子 由明亮自然酸度承托。 單寧幼細多汁，質感柔滑， 淡雅橡木與辛香為酒體帶來結構， 同時保留 Pinot Noir 清晰細膩的果味。

FINISH
餘韻

Long and composed, with red cherry, plum, cranberry, cedar and toasted spice lingering over polished tannins. Fresh acidity keeps the finish energetic, refined and beautifully defined.
